Shipping Information.

 We ship all orders from our warehouse in Gold Coast, Queensland. 

Our shipping partner for all orders is Australian Post.

We ship orders everyday Monday to Friday (excluding Queensland Public Holidays) and our cut off for same day shipping is 12pm.

Orders placed before 12pm (AEST) Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day.

Orders placed after 12pm (AEST) will be shipped on the next business day.

Orders placed on a Friday after 12pm (AEST) or over the weekend will be shipped on the first business day following the weekend.

Please consider in your planning any potential delays in us shipping orders and/or courier networks during busy shopping periods like Black Friday, Christmas and Back to School. 

You are welcome to choose Australia Post’s Standard Service or their Express Service at the checkout and the shipping fees for these services are:

Free Standard Shipping on Orders Over $200 AUD

Please note delivery timeframes provided by Australian Post may be subject to change depending on local delivery conditions and any change to the delivery timeframe is totally outside of our control once a parcel has been handed over to Australia Post.

Tracking details are automatically provided for all parcels following shipment. If you have any difficulties regarding your tracking details or your parcel delivery, please contact us or Australia Post directly.

International Shipping

We ship to New Zealand & the USA using Australia Post's Air Tracked services:

New Zealand Shipping Rates:

Standard Air Tracked Service: $9.95 AUD

Express Air Tracked Service: $29.95 AUD

Free Standard Shipping on Orders over $200 AUD

USA Shipping Rates:

Standard Air Tracked Service: $15 AUD

Free Standard Shipping On Orders over $200 AUD

Please note any custom duties, taxes or charges due at time of import are the responsibility and payable by the customer. Any refunds for packages returned to Alimasy due to a customers failure to pay import charges will be reduced by the cost of return shipping incurred by Alimasy.

Gold Coast HQ Pick Up Option

You can visit our showroom and pick up your online order from our Gold Coast HQ.

Opening Hours: Tues 0930 - 1400, Weds 0930-1400, Thurs 0930-1400.

Please allow 24 hours for pick up orders to be processed.

Our Returns Policy

We love our products – and we think you will too.

However, if you're not a fan, you can return your Alimasy product within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund (excluding any shipping costs).

Please note Change of Mind returns only applies to products which are unused and still in the same condition you received it in (including the original packaging and tags attached) and you are responsible for all costs incurred to ship a change of mind return.

We will process the refund once the product(s) has been received and inspected to ensure it meets our change of mind return conditions.

Ensure you pack your returns parcel appropriately to prevent any damage during transit. Alimasy Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any lost or damaged products being returned for a change of mind refund.

Don't forget to include a copy of your order confirmation in the parcel, so the warehouse knows who has sent the parcel!
