What Does Alimasy’s Lifetime Warranty Cover?
For your peace of mind, all Alimasy products come with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials or workmanship*.
The lifetime warranty only applies to the original owner of an Alimasy product which has been used under for the purpose intended in a responsible and normal manner.
The lifetime warranty does not cover products subjected to improper use, cosmetic changes, bought second hand or not purchased directly from Alimasy, or without proof of purchase. This warranty does not apply to damage caused through typical wear and tear, unreasonable use or neglect.
*Zippers: Yes, our Japanese YKK zippers are covered by our warranty for 2 years from purchase. Japanese YKK zippers are the most expensive and considered to be the most reliable zippers available. With normal use Japanese YKK zippers will consistently perform really well for years.
We do understand though that manufacturing defects can rarely occur with any component of a product including the best zippers in the world!
As such, zipper issues will only considered to be manufacturing defects for the first 2 years after purchase. After two years of purchase zipper issues are considered to be normal wear and tear. The reason for the distinction for zippers is that we have found that because of the nature of zippers and their prominent use on our products, any and all manufacturing defects on zippers will come to light very quickly after first use of the product, or within the first 2 years of use.

Shipping Information.
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Gold Coast, Queensland.
Our shipping partner is Australian Post.
We ship orders everyday Monday to Friday (excluding Queensland Public Holidays) and our cut off for same day shipping is 11am.
Orders placed before 11am (AEST) Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day.
Orders placed after 11am (AEST) will be shipped on the next business day.
Orders placed on a Friday after 11am (AEST) or over the weekend will be shipped on the first business day following the weekend.
Please consider in your planning any potential delays in us shipping orders and/or courier networks during busy shopping periods like Black Friday, Christmas and Back to School.

Express Shipping
Please note that when you select Express Shipping at the checkout this provides you with the Australia Post Express Post delivery service once your package has left Alimasy. Selecting Express Post does not shorten the despatch time for your order as all orders are strictly despatched in the order they are received.

We ship to New Zealand, Singapore, Japan & Hong Kong using Australia Post's Air Tracked services:
New Zealand Standard Air Tracked Service (4 - 7 Business Days): $12.95 AUD (Free Shipping for Orders Over $200 AUD)
New Zealand Express Air Tracked Service (2-5 Business Days): $19.95 AUD
Japan, Singapore & Hong Kong Standard Air Tracked Service: $16.95 AUD
Please note any custom duties, taxes or charges due at time of import are the responsibility and payable by the customer. Any refunds for packages returned to Alimasy due to a customers failure to pay import charges will be reduced by the cost of return shipping incurred by Alimasy.

Our Returns Policy
We love our products – and we think you will too.
However, if you're not a fan, you can return your Alimasy product within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund (excluding any shipping costs).
Please note Change of Mind returns only applies to products which are unused and still in the same condition you received it in (including the original packaging and tags attached) and you are responsible for all costs incurred to ship a change of mind return.
We will process the refund once the product(s) has been received and inspected to ensure it meets our change of mind return conditions.
Ensure you pack your returns parcel appropriately to prevent any damage during transit. Alimasy Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any lost or damaged products being returned for a change of mind refund.
Don't forget to include a copy of your order confirmation in the parcel, so the warehouse knows who has sent the parcel!

Do You Allow Exchanges?
We don’t offer exchanges as these can be tricky for customers and a business to manage especially during busy shopping periods, and we would hate you to miss out on your preferred option being out of stock. To complete an exchange, we advise you place a new order for the item you wish in exchange and return the change of mind item for a refund. Please note the cost of all change of mind returns are incurred by the customer.

- Handle with Care: Although our laptop sleeves are designed to be durable, avoid placing heavy objects on top of it or overstuffing the sleeve. Gently slide your laptop in and out to maintain the integrity of the fabric and padding.
- Protect from Spills: Keep your sleeve away from liquids and food. In case of accidental spills, dab immediately with a clean cloth to absorb as much liquid as possible.
Storage
- Flat Storage: When not in use, store your laptop sleeve flat. Avoid folding or compressing it to prevent creases and maintain its shape.
- Dry and Cool Place: Keep your sleeve in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and material degradation.
- Away from Sharp Objects: Store it separately from sharp objects to avoid punctures or scratches to the fabric and padding.
Cleaning
- Spot Cleaning: For minor stains or spots, use a damp cloth with a mild detergent to gently spot clean the affected area. Avoid rubbing too hard to preserve the fabric’s texture.
- Foam Padding Care: If the laptop sleeve gets wet and dirty, carefully wipe it with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking the fabric to avoid any damage to the padding. Allow it to air dry completely before using it again.
- Fleece Lining Maintenance: To maintain the soft fleece lining, occasionally brush it gently with a soft fabric brush to remove any lint or dust.
- Avoid Machine Wash: Please do not use a washing machine or dishwasher to clean your laptop sleeve. The agitation and heat can damage the padding and fabric.
